Susan Nash is a textile/mixed media artist creating out of The Art Loft Studio/Gallery, in downtown Zanesville, Ohio.

She is a mixed media artist sometimes creating fabric collages combining an assortment of materials with applique, quilting and embellishments. She can also be found painting with watercolors, acrylics and inks.

Her work is a reflection of her environment, both in what she sees and what she gathers there. She is inspired by the natural world and spends many hours absorbing ideas to translate into her artwork.

She has received numerous awards and had work juried into local, national and international shows.

Originally from Athens, Ohio she graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Zoology.

When not at The Art Loft, she can be found exploring the hills, woods and fields of southeastern Ohio and beyond.
